This role is intentionally designed for a builder who wants to put their stamp on how sales is trained, enabled, and executed across the business.</p><p>You will partner closely with the Managing Director to design and operationalize how our teams are onboarded, coached, and equipped to sell effectively across the full sales lifecycle.
