The Employee Communications team, part of CTCu2019s broader Communications group is, in many ways, right at the heart of CTC. We collaborate with teams across the entire business, helping to keep our corporate employees informed of and connected to all the amazing things we do as a company u2013 from our sustainability efforts to new product launches, to our growth strategy u2013 and everything in between. We drive the creative employee communications and engagement strategy and execution of a range of both stand-alone and cross-functional campaigns that foster a culture of diversity, belonging and inclusion, and keep our corporate employees engaged and proud to work at CTC.
