Advisor - Injury Management

Macmahon has an exciting opportunity for an Injury Management Advisor to join our energetic, establised team at Macmahon’s Brisbane office. 

About the role 

• Full-time permanent based in our Brisbane Head Office.
• Maintain the injury management database (Solv Injury) and ensure that accurate and detailed records are retained.
• Review Pre-employment medicals and ensure advice is provided to the Recruitment/ Mobilisation team.
• Facilitate the businesses early intervention program.
• Provide training and education to HSEQ regarding the business’ injury management processes.
• Submit Workers Compensation (WC) and Income Protection (IP) claims.
• Ensure State or Territory WC legislation is adhered to.
• Liaise with WC insurers to ensure there is continual high level strategic analysis of claims to help mitigate costs and ensure workers resume their normal duties as soon as practicable.
