Requirements

• Malaysian Only
• Bachelor of Laws (or similar qualification)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Procurement Contracts within Malaysia upstream oil and gas sector

• All contract holders/users & procurement team
• Legal Department
• Corporate Office Legal Procurement

External Relationships

• PETRONAS
• Other PCS’s
• Potential customers
• Contractors & JV Partners
• External legal firms

Responsibilities

• Support in contractual matters including but not limited to reviewing and drafting procurement contracts, contractual negotiations, tendering activities and post award issues, where necessary.
