Advisor, Client Leadership

**Overview**

The Director, Retail Data Solutions serves as a senior partner for our Retail clients, driving revenue growth through consultative sales and strategic account management. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 21 accounts totaling about $3M in revenue. You will lead all aspects of complex sales processes with multiple parties. You will collaborate across Epsilon’s Data Strategy, Product, Legal, and Delivery teams to deliver high-value, omni-channel solutions.

The Director, Retail Data Solutions will report to the Vice President, Client Growth and requires close partnership with senior-level stakeholders across client Marketing, Digital, Analytics, and C-Suite teams, alongside daily collaboration with internal product, tech, and digital strategy experts to ensure seamless execution.
