Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with advisers and firms.
• Identify opportunities to increase assets, adviser productivity, and business growth.
• Support onboarding of new firms and advisers.
• Deliver webinars, events, and proposition training sessions.
• Work closely with senior leadership on recruitment and business development initiatives.
• Analyse data and MI to identify commercial opportunities.
• Travel to regional offices as required.

Qualifications

• Experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or an IFA environment.
