We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Technical Support Engineer - Home and Building Automation to join our Pacific Zone Technical Support team. Based in Sydney or Adelaide (Australia), this role will report to the Team Leader - Advanced Technical Support, Building Automation.
As an Advanced Technical Support Engineer, you will perform a key role in guiding our Schneider Electric customers and businesses in their post-sales journey. This includes installation, set-up support, maintenance support and remote troubleshooting assistance.
