Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Recruits for the most difficult to fill professional and management positions across the region for assigned functional areas (engineering, sales, corporate functions, . Ensures that talent acquisition efforts adhere to DENSO’s diversity and inclusion programs. Administers the candidate process through an Applicant Tracking System, including creating the job posting, sourcing candidates, organizing and leading the interview process, following up with hiring managers on requisition status, determining appropriate salary and benefits offerings, extending offers and finalizing start dates.
