Are you an experienced health and social care worker who is looking for a new part‑time or full‑time role? We have just the opportunity for you!

We’re now looking for two new colleagues to join our amazing TeamBaxterView as Complex Care Practitioners on a permanent basis between 16 and 39 hours per week. Relief opportunities are also available for those seeking a bit more flexibility.

Our Team and the Individuals You’ll Support

You’ll become part of a friendly, dedicated team who provide support to eight individuals with varying complex care needs living in their own flats.

In addition to working directly with individuals, you’ll partner with a multi‑disciplinary team and the individuals’ families and guardians to ensure each person has a robust, outcome‑focused support plan.

You’ll help individuals manage their homes, increase and maintain independence, and support their social, health and wellbeing needs.
