About the Role:

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced and confident Advanced Practitioner to join the Safeguarding Team in Bradford. This senior-level role involves supporting complex casework, mentoring social workers and ensuring high standards of safeguarding practice across the team.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Lead on complex safeguarding cases and provide expert guidance to colleagues
• Support the development and quality assurance of practice within the team
• Contribute to strategy discussions, case conferences, and court proceedings
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
• Act as a point of escalation for high-risk cases and decision-making
