Salary: £45,091 – £49,282 (SCP 34–38). Plus an additional annual AMHP allowance of £2,025 (subject to eligibility and requirements).

The Role
As an Advanced Practitioner, you will:
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to social workers and support planners
- Play a vital role within the management team (this is a non-case-holding position)
- Offer professional guidance on complex cases and decision-making
- Promote a learning culture and high standards of practice
