**What You'll Champion:**

+ Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) - Adult-Gerontology NP (AGNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
+ Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours supporting strong work-life balance
+ Shared call rotation with provider team:
+ One weekday night per week
+ Every sixth weekend
+ Practice located at Genesis Inners Creek, a 202-bed skilled nursing facility in Dallastown, PA
+ Currently supports 110 WellSpan patients (short-term rehab & long-term care)
+ Join an established, collaborative care team:
+ 2 Physicians
+ 3 Nurse Practitioners
+ Provide clinical directorship and comprehensive clinical services in a skilled nursing facility setting
