**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider, you will join our collegial healthcare team in Tacoma at St. Joseph Medical Center. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with Board Certified physicians and a growing cohort of APPs, supported by a mature and innovative virtual ICU (VICU) that provides real-time monitoring and support. This role involves comprehensive patient management, from assessment and diagnosis to developing and executing treatment plans, performing critical invasive procedures, and ensuring continuity of care. This unique opportunity offers the chance to deliver high-acuity critical care across five diverse hospital settings, ranging from community hospitals to a tertiary-care medical center with advanced services including Cardiothoracic Surgery and Neurosurgery, and a Level II Trauma Center.
