Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP), which includes both Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA-C), to join our Pediatric Cardiac Surgery team as a First Assist.
The primary duties of this role are centered in the Operating Room (OR), assisting in complex pediatric cardiovascular surgery cases 2 to 3 days per week. This position also includes required night and weekend on-call rotations. Beyond the OR, you will provide direct care and assume primary responsibility for the clinical management of patients across ambulatory, emergency department, and inpatient settings.
