Advanced Paediatric Nurse Practitioner

Mayfield Medical Centre is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Paediatric Nurse Practitioner (APNP) to join our friendly and forward‑thinking primary care team on a permanent part‑time basis.

We are seeking an APNP to work 3 sessions per week across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons. The role is contracted at 13.5 hours per week, with each session consisting of 4.5 hours.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care to children and young people within a busy GP practice setting. The successful candidate will work autonomously while collaborating closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions in paediatric patients.
