You will be responsible for the delivery of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance of the mechanical services across the site. The role is key to maintaining University functions and will assist the Mechanical Services Manager in leading a team of operational maintenance technicians focusing upon critical, essential, non-essential and asset operational maintenance.
