Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections for HVAC and plumbing compliance
• Keep AMANDA folders updated with inspection data
• Collaborate with building inspection staff for standards adherence
• Train Building Division personnel on codes and procedures
• Enforce building codes and investigate illegal activities
Requirements:
• Licensed HVAC tradesperson or a recognized plumbing designation
