Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

OBJECTIVE: Develop manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing theory.
Fully proficient engineer. Can be counted on to complete advanced complex assignments requiring full use and application of engineering or scientific methods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Design plans and drawings of production processes in order to maximize efficiency through the analysis of the layout of the equipment.

+ Definition of process flows, work methods and activities of the operational staff

+ Determines the components and tools necessary to achieve production goals according to the product specifications.

+ New equipment request, validation and debugging using existing and/or developing new technologies or suppliers - Machinery validation thru statistical and capacity analysis.

+ Achieve the release of the equipment by EHS department and assure the safe operation in the new machinery and tooling.
