Advanced Manufacturing Engineer - Automation

Reporting directly to the Global Manufacturing Manager, the Advanced Manufacturing Engineer- Automation is responsible for executing the manufacturing roadmap for optimizing machining processes with the proper use of automation. This role will lead the integration of robotics, cobots, AMRs and other automation technology with high precision machining to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality. The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for leading productivity initiatives and ensures that new equipment purchases are specified, sourced, qualified, and properly transitioned into production, meeting Dover Precision Components and customer requirements and timing.
