This full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role supports physicians and mid-level providers by delivering comprehensive patient care including assessments, treatments, testing, and education within a pediatric clinic setting. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to clinic policies ensuring patient safety, infection prevention, and proper handling.
- Administer medications (oral, IM, SC) as prescribed.
- Assist providers with procedures, maintaining sterile fields and managing instruments.
- Support examinations within the scope of practice.
- Conduct phone triage and act as liaison between patients and providers.
- Communicate test results and assist with follow-up calls.
- Document patient complaints and visit details accurately.
