Advanced Image Processing Tech- Structural Heart Disease- Full time

+ The Advanced Image Processing Technologist supports 3D lab operations, responsible for delivering high quality, advanced post processed medical images from primarily MRI and CT databases.

+ Responsible for generating post processed images utilizing a variety of software tools and programs and has a deep understanding of the fundamentals of scanning technology, cross-sectional anatomy, and pathology.

+ Reviews and discusses post-processing work with radiologists and referring providers to aid in patient management and pre-operative planning.

+ Specializes in the performance of computerized image processing procedures following defined protocols for image manipulation.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

+ Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.

+ Minimum of 3 years of CT and/or MRI experience required.
