The Proteomics Core Unit at the Spanish National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO) provides state-of-the-art mass spectrometry services and develops cutting-edge technologies to support advanced cancer research. Our activities span global proteomics, post-translational modification analysis, protein interactomics, and emerging fields like immunopeptidomics and glycoproteomics. We are seeking a motivated and creative Computational Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will play a central part in expanding the Unit’s computational analysis platform and developing new analytical strategies for our growing immunopeptidomics and glycoproteomics workflows. This position is ideal for a computational scientist, bioinformatician, or data scientist eager to apply machine learning and advanced data analysis to complex, large-scale biological datasets.
