Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our busy, friendly, and expanding practice in Yarm.

• The role provides an opportunity for patients to avoid the need to be referred to a GP, thereby enabling them to receive timely care and negate unnecessary delays.
• Full‑time or part‑time hours considered (34 days per week preferred).
• Six weeks annual leave plus one week study leave.
