Advanced Care Practitioner

We’re looking for an Advanced Care Practitioner (ACP) to join our welcoming and supportive team at Glastonbury Surgery for 37 hours per week.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive, patient-focused GP practice providing high-quality primary care to our local community.

As an ACP, you’ll work with a good level of autonomy while also being well supported by our GPs and nursing team. You’ll see a varied mix of patients, manage both acute and long‑term conditions, and play an important role in helping us deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care.

We welcome and encourage informal visits to the practice, giving you the opportunity to meet the team and learn more about the role before applying.
