About the role

We are currently looking for a proactive and resilient Advanced Associate, Production Planner to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our operations, you will manage and coordinate test inspections, supporting the Test Inspections Manager with the operational running of UK and international test inspections and ensuring the successful delivery of the annual test inspections programme.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with centres for necessary information on test inspections
• Support the Test Inspections Manager in training and monitoring inspectors
• Prepare and organize data using spreadsheets for efficient inspection completion
• Manage timely allocations of inspectors according to KPIs and SLAs
• Communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders and senior managers
