Data & Insights (D&I) team transforms data into actionable insights that power EA. We guide strategy and governance, build data and AI solutions, and ensure personalization, experimentation, and analytics. The team is expanding with an Advanced Analyst on the Battlefield Analytics squad. You will lead insights on player behavior, monetization, and economy decisions for Battlefield 6 and Battlefield REDSEC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large volumes of data to uncover player behavior insights, then recommend in‑game economy decisions and optimization strategies.
• Design monetization experiments and build visualizations to monitor and interpret key product metrics focused on the in‑game economy.
• Develop dashboards and self‑serve tools to communicate findings and performance metrics to partners, encouraging data‑driven product decisions.
