Advance Quality Engineer

**Role Purpose**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Quality & Customer Requirements**
- Verify that engineering and production samples meet SAFE Sample and customer‑specific requirements.
- Prepare and submit PPAP documentation, ensuring alignment with all approved changes.
- Ensure PSW (Part Submission Warrant) is approved before the start of production.
**Process & Risk Management**
- Support design and manufacturing functions during all stages of the CAPM process; participate in stage‑gate and program reviews.
- Identify program risks using PFMEA, past concerns, and lessons learned.
- Contribute to the creation and deployment of Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plans.Lead and coordinate Product Launch Quality Reviews (PLQR) and related improvement plans (PLQIP).
**Launch Excellence & Continuous Improvement**
- Train, implement, monitor, and close activities related to the **Initial Mass Production Quality Plan (SAFE LAUNCH)**.
