Working pattern

Initial Training (Approx. 1 month): Monday to Friday, 8‑hour days. Initially 09:00‑17:00, then shifting to 06:00‑14:00 and 10:00‑18:00 for full shift coverage training.

Post‑Training: 7 days on / 7 days off rotational shift pattern, working 12‑hour shifts (06:00‑18:00) when on shift.
