About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Locum Social Worker to join the Hyper‑Acute and Acute unit. Working across a Youth Ward and a Community Neuro‑Rehabilitation Team, the position plays a key role in supporting complex stroke patients through discharge and rehabilitation pathways.

Working within a specialist multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Neuropsychologists, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Therapy Assistants, contribute to high‑quality patient care and safe discharge planning.
