The role

Lead the day-to-day delivery of a busy reablement and domiciliary care service
Maintain strong CQC compliance and inspection readiness
Oversee capacity, performance and risk
Support and develop an established care team
Work closely with commissioners and professional partners About you

Experience in domiciliary care leadership
Good understanding of CQC standards and expectations
Level 5 qualification (or working towards / willing to complete)
Resilient, organised and consistent in your approach
