Adoptions Manager

A new opportunity has arisen to join a long-standing contractor who is seeking an experienced Adoptions Manager to oversee the legal and technical handover of newly completed infrastructure.
Suitable candidates must have extensive knowledge of utilities, drainage, roads, and groundwork packages relating to residential developments. A key responsibility of the role will be ensuring adoptions are managed from inspection through to completion, with all approved documentation in place to enable the release of bonds and maintenance handover to the relevant authority.
The Role
Oversee compliance with adoptable standards including:Highways S278S38 Roads & SewersSWW S102, S104 & S185
Liaise with clients and designers to obtain authorisation for changes to agreed standards and drawings.
