What You’ll Do

As an AIT, you will:


+ Learn the full scope of nursing home operations including clinical services, financial management, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.

+ Train directly under seasoned administrators and regional leadership.

+ Develop and refine leadership skills to manage diverse teams and drive organizational excellence.
