About the Role

We are seeking to employ two part‑time administrators in the Referral Coordination Centre (RCC). These are exciting opportunities to be part of the beginning of a patient's journey into Waikato Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately analyse referrals from the Best Practice (BPAC) electronic referral system.
• Accurately create patient referrals in the patient management system.
• Accurately wait‑list for the booking clerks to book.
• Accurately adhere to guidelines for using relevant patient management systems.
• Regular audits carried out.
