ADMINISTRATOR. GATE & ITT

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for ensuring that all Gate ITT movement data and reports are accurate and updated on a shift, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Responsible for serving as the section's centralized statistician, preparing and providing ad-hoc data, and compiling reports and analyses as required by management.
• Updated weekly & monthly Dashboard for Gate ITT KPI.
• Monitor and supervise progress on every movement reports in Gate ITT section with Supervisor ensuring they meet the deadline.
• Communicate/ liaise to other section/ department to check and do data validation accurately on existing/ ad hoc report if required.
• Keep track of the files movement, ensuring that files are kept and safely released to authorize parties.
• Responsible for analyzing Gate ITT volume movement trends and monitoring operational performance trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
