ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Power and Energy Systems Division (JXM), Undersea Energy Systems Branch (JXMT), Special Projects Section (JXMTN) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. The NT-05 pay band is equivalent to the GS-13/14. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $138,370). Responsibilities You will learn skills, knowledge, and experience to understand fundamentals of emerging battery technologies, including Nickle-Zinc, Lithium-ion, other emerging chemistries, cell design, performance, and testing.
