Administrative Support Assistant

First Choice are currently recruiting a part timeAdministrative Support Assistant to work within the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust, at their Ards Hospital Site.

This is a temporary role, initially required for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Hours of work will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday 13:00 17:00 and will be paid at a rate of £12.75 per hour.
The successful candidate will work within the Mental Health team, and must display excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
The main duties of this role will be: Word processing/producing reports.
Act as point of contact between service users, carers, staff and external agencies to ensure a full and efficient service.
