Job Description:
The Administrative Specialist is directly responsible to the Director of Financial Services. The Administrative Specialist is responsible for administrative duties within the Financial Services department, completion of annual statistical surveys, annual preparation of the Report on Community Benefits, managing the corporate credit card program, and assistance with due diligence requirements for the Montage Health system.
Experience
Three years of secretarial experience. Computer skills required. Working knowledge of office equipment. Basic knowledge of hospital policies, procedures and regulations, general office equipment, and secretarial procedures. Basic knowledge of medical terminology, word processing and transcription.
