**Shift:** 12 hour day shift, Weekends (Every other weekend)
**Location** : Nazareth Hospital - Philadelphia, PA

**Position Purpose**

The Administrative Nursing Supervisor provides leadership toward fulfilling the mission by providing operational support and ensuring quality of patient care delivery according to the nursing process.

**As a RN Supervisor, you will:**

+ Participates in formulation, revision and advancement of strategic short and long-range plans for Nursing services.
+ Is responsible for off-shift/or weekend management of Nursing Department and hospital operations in the absence of Care Unit administration and department managers.
