As our business grows, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative / HR Assistant to support our daily office operations and basic HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Handle daily office administration, including document filing, data entry, office supplies, and general coordination.
- Assist with meeting arrangements, calendar coordination, visitor reception, and internal communication.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, contracts, invoices, payment requests, and reimbursement records.
