Administrative Executive (East Zone)

• Oversee enforcement activities to maintain fair usage of our car parks, including instructing service providers on proper action against illegal parking
• Evaluate appeals for Parking Offence Notices, making fair decisions on a case-by-case basis
• Collaborate with Car Park Managers and Supervisors to address user feedback and requests for additional facilities, balancing diverse needs
• Manage a wide range of feedback and requests to ensure smooth car park operations
• Assist in assessing and maintaining high standards of service provider performance, including imposing liquated damages for underperforming areas
• Maintain car park information in system, perform data management/collation and assist Managers with data analysis to drive data driven operations
• Manage work costings for car park related works
