Administrative Drivers Assistant

**Responsibilities**:- Analyze and validate payroll data for company drivers, including mileage, hours, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in alignment with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of driver payroll records to detect errors or inconsistencies.
- Investigate payroll discrepancies and collaborate with relevant departments (Fleet, HR, Finance) to resolve them efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between the payroll team and drivers, providing data-backed explanations and support.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports on payroll metrics, trends, and errors to support operational insights.
