The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while providing excellent support to internal teams and external contacts.


Responsibilities

+ Coordinate calendars, meetings, and administrative workflows

+ Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations

Requirements

+ 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience
