**About The Role**



As Coordinator for the Dow Jones Energy team, you will support the leadership team with daily operations and special projects. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, experience crafting compelling presentations, highly organized, the ability to work independently on projects and must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion.



**You Will**



+ Build clear and visually engaging slide decks for internal team updates, high-stakes presentations, and external partner meetings.

+ Create and maintain an organized contact database to ensure the leadership team has seamless access to key stakeholders and business relationships.
