* Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence (email, mail), and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital).
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
* Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate databases.
* Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
* Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation as required.
* Support various departments with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
