Administrative Assistant Senior

**Description:** Responsibilities include:
•Administrative support for Senior Manager in
the Joint Affordability War Room (AWR). The
AWR is a collaborative workspace where F-35
Joint Program Office, Pratt & Whitney and
Lockheed Martin work together. This role is responsible
for coordinating the standard activities that are
derived from the AWR and interfacing with
internal and external personnel from varying
companies, US Services at many levels.
•Manage dynamic multi-disciplinary schedule via
Microsoft Outlook with rapid notification of
schedule changes. The schedule includes office
activities, conference rooms and visitation
schedules.
•Anticipate and coordinate with Program
Manager regularly for near term and long term
staff actions.
•Support front office and staff meeting agenda
coordination. Will attend and take minutes and create action items as required.
