Primary Duties:
Support overall administrative and operational activities.
This role is responsible for assisting with vendor management, invoice and payment processing, administrative support, AP/AR-related activities, and general office and operational support functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily administrative and operational activities for the office and warehouse
- Manage vendor communications, service requests, and follow-up activities
- Process and track invoices, vendor payments, expense reports, and related documentation through internal systems (SAP, approval systems, etc.)
- Support administrative and operational activities including AP/AR processing, inventory tracking, and documentation management
