Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for financial advisors
  • Communicate with clients to ensure timely follow-ups and a smooth client experience
  • Enter and maintain accurate client records using Wealthbox CRM
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Wealthbox CRM is a strong plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally
