Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer and manage a high-volume, 10-line phone system promptly.

Route calls to appropriate staff members with accuracy.

Greet visitors in a professional manner and maintain a tidy reception area.

Provide basic administrative support including scanning, filing, sort incoming/outgoing mail, etc.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years’ experience of managing a multi-line phone system.

Exceptional verbal communication skills and a cheerful phone demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
