Position: Administrative Assistant - German speaker
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid)
Working hours: Normal work hours
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and teams
* Prepare, manage, and maintain documents with accuracy and confidentiality
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, and cross–time zone scheduling
* Handle professional communication in German and English
* Maintain databases, records, and trackers
* Support process improvements and prepare basic reports
* Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
* Fluent German with strong English proficiency
* Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
* Professional, reliable, and discreet handling of information
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Based in Kuala Lumpur; flexible with Swiss working hours
