Job Description

InGenesis is currently sourcing for Administrative Assistant candidates to work with our potential client. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Health Services Administrator (HSA) and Assistant Health Services Administrator (AHSA) in alignment with the ICE and IHSC mission.
This position is dependent on contract award.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Draft and type various documents like memos, meeting minutes, and reports.
Maintain office files, databases, and spreadsheets.
Keep all records and information confidential.
Arrange and schedule meetings, and prepare reports if needed.
Screen visitors and phone calls, directing them to the right staff.
Manage the HSA/AHSA calendar and appointments.
